2010 Cavalcade Parade – Wedding Celebrations from 1905 to 1970

The Canberra Brindabella Lions Club Inc. invites you to the 2010 Cavalcade Parade of Wedding Celebrations from 1905 to 1970. What is it about a wedding that brings a smile to your face as you remember that special day? In the 2010 Cavalcade Parade we will look at all aspects of wedding fashions, from engagement dresses, the bridal gown, the bridesmaids, the mother of the bride, going away ensembles and even the guests. Join us as we journey through 60 years of wedding fashions and the stories that made them memorable. So much more than a fashion parade, a cavalcade parade is a fascinating glimpse into our wonderful past.
